Except it wasn't a hoax. Trump's campaign was absolutely colluding with the Russian government, we've proven it in court, and multiple people went to prison as a result.

Those two people went to prison for their illegal activities with Russia, while working for DNC's John Podesta years before Trump's campaign. They later injected themself and unpaid annoyances to the Trump campaign/transition. They were largely ignored.

That was Trump's biggest failure of his first Presidency, not having a trusted and reliable transition, and staff prepared, then assuming WhiteHouse shit-flies, who buzzed around Dems, GOP, and whomever for decades, where not corrupt.

Five people served prison time: Paul Manafort, Rick Gates, Roger Stone, Michael Cohen, and George Papadopolous.

Manafort at one point hired Tony Podesta (John's brother) to do some work, and it appears there was likely some collusion with Russia and/or Ukraine involved. So the story isn't totally made up. Although, of course, Tony is not John.

But some of these people had no connection to the DNC at all. Michael Cohen, for example, was basically just Trump's errand boy for many years.

The campaign was playing some very dirty pool, and the way the Russian government was able to microtarget Wisconsin and Michigan swing voters with misinformation, unhindered by any ethical constraints, almost certainly played a significant role in the outcome of the election.

They really have people convinced of the opposite of the truth on so many things....

No, Manafort, Gates are accused of working as foreign lobbyist between 2012 and 2014. Never was any there any accusation of this befitting Russia, quite the opposite...

Manafort, Gates, and their LLC were working with the European Center for a Modern Ukraine (ECFMU) and Ukrainian government. Their efforts were to help Ukraine become closer to Europe and the US (away from Russia). They claimed this was done on their own accord, to help the Ukrainian people, whom were unquestionably suffering, while having the greedy wolves circle.

They are accused of having contractual obligations with ECFMU or the Ukrainian government, but no evidence of this was ever disclosed publicly. The closest was prosecutors showing that they crossed paths with The Postesta Group, lead by DNC director John Postesta, and which was a registered lobbying group, who was contractually working for the ECFMU. John Podesta's lobbying efforts were aligned with the same cause, as well as were other groups, so they crossed paths.

None of their Do-good-er efforts were rewarded. The DNC was so desperate to destroy Trump, that by the time the election was over, they stabbed the two in the back. DNC John's, The Podesta Group, turned over emails from crossing paths with them, that made it appear vaguely that Manafort and Gates were lobbying with The Podesta Group. Another Trump hating lobbyist group, somewhat aligned with GOP, jumped on the dog-pile, as we've seen so many antiTrump GOP do.

In addition, the two, had sent a letter to the corrupt US State Department's ambassador to Ukraine, John Tefft, criticizing them over the insult to Ukrainians, which was the fake election, and how that hurt the Ukrainian people's efforts to a free democracy.

Heather Hunt of FARA sent their lawyer a letter in 2017, saying that they think the two should have registered as foreign lobbyists, based on the mentioned hit-job by the mega-lobbyist corps. The two both registered right away.

Then they were convicted based on no concrete evidence, with the kind of non-standard political DC/NY trials we continuously see today.

The media lied and said they lobbied for Russia, due to them working to help Ukraine, during a time when Ukraine was lead by President Viktor Yanukovych. The media successfully dreamed him a Pro-Ukrainian President, due to him choosing Russia s trade deal over the US's trade deal, which we did not take well and ensured to successfully loot for resources and decimate all Ukrainians, through our influence over the next 10 years.

... Papadopolous was one of those shit-fly volunteers, that hand nothing to do with anything. Cohen is just a corrupt liar promised a deal to lie to help them get Trump. Stone was a long respected person in US politics. He was shamefully wrongfully railroaded in court for telling the truth and sacrificed like all of America's integrity and legacy...to get Trump.
