I've talked to them before, not a bot. They think it's important to post and it doesn't hurt anyone.

That's even worse: it means a human being is failing the Turing test. Note that they can have a bot generate text simply when it's necessary, by the way, or put a low-wage shill in front of the computer to answer your questions. I don't know the content of the conversations, though, so you be the judge about that.
