Bars, clubs, restaurants, concerts, sports, etc are all out. Majority of people are heavily dependent on these for their social needs. If they're deprived of it they go stir crazy. Widespread disobedience of the law is the norm now, even normal people express skepticism.

although... When I go out, most people are with other people, but not actually conversing with them, most people are glued to their text devices
