I think you mean mercantilism. America hasn't been capitalist for a very long time.

Indeed.

But "vulture mercantilsm" isn't really a thing. ;)

I keep trying to think of ways to illustrate, in text and/or memes, to people how capitalism has merged with communism to form totalitarianism in the West and the East, even if they are different in how the details of their management systems.
