I hadn't noticed this. The executive branch strategy for foreign relations and geopolitics is really fucked up; also with lies like this (thinking also of Vance's insane comments in Munich recently about the need to welcome extreme right assholes into EU governance, in order to address the "enemy within" [as if Germans have no idea how much the extreme right can themselves be the enemy within; to think of the cogntive dissonance the Heritage Foundation requires of its servants])
