"The Vaccine" is not a particularly great achievement and they don't work very well.

But mRNA tech in general is certainly going to prove itself to be one of the greatest achievements of mankind. We have the tech right now to halt and reverse aging.

That depends on how you define the term "gene therapy." It's a semantic question. Some people think the National Academy of Medicine gets to define the term, but other people disagree - and, besides, the National Academy of Medicine has changed the definition of "gene therapy" three times in my lifetime. (They've also changed their own name in my lifetime).

I know that the only person in my extended family that died of Covid took the clot shot.
