If you are getting banned as soon as you login then it might be an IP ban. It might be a region ban, but I doubt it as there would be a lot of people complaining about being banned.
use the following search parameters to narrow your results:
e.g. sub:pics site:imgur.com dog
sub:pics site:imgur.com dog
advanced search: by author, sub...
