That's where you're wrong. Belgians can complain about foreigners not integrating even if they aren't themselves open to being hospitable. Belgians in fact have no obligation whatsoever to be in any shape or form accomodating to foreigners. Foreigners aren't entitled to live in Belgium.

It is this exact "gib me" attitude that I hate so much from foreigners. They think they own everything and that they're the center of the world and that everyone has to treat them how they want to be treated, sorry but that's just not how the world works.
