He's not banned exactly because I suspicion he may hold other alts. I'd rather he be out in the open then trying to figure out what his new alt is. His current alt is not breaking any rules or engaging in anti debate tactics and there's really no way to solidly prove he's using alts so it's a shitty situation all around.

If I ban him we have to deal with the other issue where every thread that has a moderate republican comment is called a 'salos clone'. After watching this thing playout for years now it seems to me like having him around is a less disruptive option. If he breaks any rules report him. He knows that he can get banned at anytime and he seems to try to follow the rules more when he's on his under his salos name. If waltzroomate comes back and wants to ban him I'm fine with it. If any of my other mods want to ban him I'm fine with it.

I'm just trying to find the least disruptive option.

He drops in and says hi every once in a while but he has big family commitments lately that are more important.
