If Jewish billionares couldn't do that, how could foreign aid to Israel paid for by working class and middle class Americans do it? Israel could just buy those things with the donations they'd be getting from the Jewish billionares in the US, just like they do now with the American foreign aid they get.

If that's the case, I don't see why Jewish billionares (and fanatical allies to the Jewish cause like you) can't just collectively decide to buy it from the US goverment instead and give it to Israel, rather than forcing all Americans to pay the price through taxation (which is big government and socialism).

Because civilians can totally just purchase military grade weaponry and equipment along with the transportation cost.
