White women with tattoos

Women do as they're told. As horrible and monstrous as they can be when acting on social/group pressures, nothing harmful ultimately originates with them.

Blacks

Their own worst enemies. On their own they're easily dealt with. The most intellectually dangerous blacks tend to be about as black as whatever Prince Harry married. The intellectually proficient heavily-black ones tend to be alienated from their own people.

Jews

They pose the greatest problem purely because of the sheer amount of terror anyone has about criticizing them openly, the influence they wield, and the ethnoreligious clannishness they display.

But 'greatest' doesn't mean 'only'. We're up to the throat in traitors and threats of various kinds. And - this is the hard one to get - sympathetic, reasonable people exist of multiple ethnicities and backgrounds too.
