It's possible that Thomas previously arranged with his office supporting letters for these former clerks when they applied for other jobs. There are also numerous right-wing lawyers who would do this. One could ask: only 112?

How hard can it be to verify one claim beyond doubt and change the law such that any issue is grounds for immediate execution?

The only valid conclusion is that at least half of the people casting a vote in Congress is corrupt (and probably all of them).
