Wrong. This is another piece of fake news media antivax propaganda. So typical of saidit and this submitter to be tricked again by a piece of fake news.

Here's what's really happening.

https://apps.who.int/gb/wgihr/?sfvrsn=4b549603_12

Sixteen governments have asked the WHO to review their proposals. Most that I see on the list here are 100% democratic. Only one is not and that's the ruzzian federation.

https://www.who.int/teams/ihr/ihr-review-committees/review-committee-regarding-amendments-to-the-international-health-regulations-(2005)

The sixteen governments are asking the WHO for things like -

Armenia suggest we share data better

Bangladesh suggest that only one government declare a global pandemic at a time, so that we don't have two infected countries declaring a global pandemic about the same virus.

Malaysia suggest that member states sign up to "take measures to ensure that non state actors" in the member counties also are aware of pandemics going on.

It's all normal fluff and you don't need to make antivax propaganda out of it just because the WHO is involved.

You should read the article. The ‘democratic’ countries have ceded authority to the process and agreed to accept WHO rule in case of ‘global emergency’.

I have read it. You should read the primary source material, instead of an antivax propaganda blog.

Nobody is ceding authority. The nations have suggested amendments to an international body and the body is considering all the suggestions in an open and fair way. It could literally not be any less a case of ceding authority.
