The US government coined the term 'geoengineering' in place of 'chemtrails'. They've being doing this openly for over 10 years at least. Of course, if you talk about it or refer to the publicly available documents or mention chemtrails at all, you are a conspiracy theorist.

There are shills on this site, of course. It's hard to determine whether that person is a paid shill, and not worth the energy. It could just be a normie. DAR is a bit secluded from the rest of the site.
