That's probably the most ridiculous thing I've heard all day. Everyone knows it only takes one shot...unless the suicider is just useless OR.... the suicider has that disease that the actor from Teen Wolf got. Mind you, I'm no expert on what you're talking about. Outside of what I said above (which everyone else also knows) I have ZERO knowledge about any and everything in your post.
