This might be the wisest post on Saidit, the fundamental aim of our political elite is to keep us all as divided as possible. Men v. Women, White v. Black, Liberal v. Conservative.

If we develop real relationships across lines, not some shallow Kumbayaah shit where we "embrace otherness," they're fucked. Community- people cooperating and accepting each other- is power.

Not to mention it opens up a host of benefits across groups- sharing knowledge, sharing resources, backing each other up. Dangerous.
