The trouble with the conspiracy theories is that the pressure to lockdown came from below, from ordinary neurotics. Certainly the UK government wanted a much laxxer reaction but caved to public pressure and I've not really been paying attention but that seems to be the American Administration's attitude too.

So I'm sticking with China being the main offenders here. It's just so weird the virus travelled all over the world but didn't manage to hit many of the big Chinese cities or even effect their neighbouring countries that much. All those internment camps with no breakouts. I mean they could just be hiding thousands of deaths but how to the logistics of that work? Where are they putting them all?
