This is what https://truthstreammedia.com/2020/03/24/were-living-in-12-monkeys/ predicts that if the social distancing lowers the infection rate sufficiently, it will come and go and come and go and outbreak again... If it gets eradicated nationwide without herd immunity, the question then is, do we test people when they come in?...
