"Coca-cola takes the cocaine out now. And the cocaine goes somewhere else."

I wonder about this part... does the US government take the cocaine off of Coca-Cola's hands? I can't imagine anyone else having the authorization to do it.

I wonder what they do with it then, probably launder it through the CIA and sell it or something I imagine. Surely they don't just stockpile it. I wonder if there is a paper trail for this, it'd be interesting to find out where all that cocaine goes to...
