White Cultures always expected to accommodate POC cultures but never the other way around? Why?

If in America Americans are supposed to by cosmic law bend the knee to POC cultures but when Americans are in POC countries Americans are required by cosmic law to bend the knee to POC cultures and standards. Why?

Seems there is this long existing idea that America should always act as second class to the rest of the world and that America is just some place others can come and just act as they want to and we are supposed to just bend that knee. Pretty tired of that.
