There is no such thing as moderate islam. Mohamet declared the converts to his new religion who failed to follow him in warfare against infidels were hypocrites and worse than infidels.

You're welcome. It's pretty long. I downloaded a .pdf of it ages ago and it came out to just under a thousand pages. I read it all and glad to have done.
