The Russian submarine, Belgorod, was on its way out into the Baltic Sea yesterday and is being tracked by sattelites. It is rumored to be equiped with special weapons. The reported shocks may have been a test of those weapons. The sub was decommissioned soon after its first voyages but according to reports yesterday is on its way to sea again.
