Well, not just that but the two other headlines at the bottom of the screenshot as well. I don't doubt that Russia is up to some nefarious shit, but the blatant toadyism at The Economist consistently impresses me.
They represent the global financial elite so no surprise that they have to deflect from the looming global economic crisis. I'm sure they'll find a way to blame Russia and China for it.
