Yeaaa there's a lot of that. But I've found a pretty good community to talk to and befriend. Lots of tech and nostalgia enthusiasts like me. Worse things than anime pfps anyway.

cool, I'll check it out. I was kinda hoping it would take off as a real life thing like myspace but idk if that's even possible in today's internet.
