What is this shit site? Stop making us load a gig of ads so we can see your image. This isn't 2005.

I loaded no ads and read it just fine. Get uMatrix for extreme control over every element they want to load on your device, or uBlock Origin for a more automated blocking experience.

For example, I didn't allow any siteswithcontent or mgid addresses to load, and those would likely bring up various other sites with ads, if they don't have ads themselves.

Most sites have all kinds of ads, trackers, and various kinds of scumware they auto-load onto your computer if you're unprotected. Some of those place the newish 'undeletable' cookies on your computer that, well, can't be removed.

Anything can be removed unless it's in a Windows 10 UWP "protected store," in which case you remove it by uninstalling the OS.

That OS came with ads as a core feature; what did you expect? I've documented UWP and its related 'features' over the years. The whole UWP thing started with Microsoft trying to insert 'telemetry' into their Visual Studio C++ compiler so every C++ software on earth compiled via Visual Studio would phone home to Microsoft. That got shot down real quick.

Anyway, its sole purpose (along with Intel IME and Apple T2 chip) appears to be to march Desktop/Laptop PCs toward the inevitable lockdown a la cell phones, where you must buy a new PC every few years because something craps out and it's automatically unfixable. I can't fathom another reason for designing their software to be so restrictive to a user or technician yet open to literally any website that asks.

So, that undeletable cookie? That's just a taste of what's to come. Keep that in mind if you are serious about protecting your PC.

Blockada apparently has it classified as a spam site, it wouldn't allow a connection.
