makes we wonder: at what height is it safe to buffer a person jumping? say someone is stuck in a fire...?

I've had someone drop me their keys from a 6th floor. It hurt like a mother fucker! I'd say under 10ft/3m is a safe jumper buffer height. Otherwise, no thank you.
