Last time I've seen this it was said to be a failed shotgun suicide, iirc. Where did you get the info about this from?

I found a small archive that listed this as 'Chainsaw VS Face'. I understand that WPD has such a wild array of spurious titling. I couldn't find any other info on it though.

It does look more like his face was exploded, and if it's a suicide attempt that explains the restraints.

It’s absolutely fucked that as a society we’ve decided that in this sort of situation you take the person who was so miserable that they tried to end it all and not only do you restrain them and force them to continue living, but you force them to live in agony knowing that there’s no way they’ll make it, just because we see assisted suicide as taboo
