looked like she was standing between the different escalator levels

and as it moved downward with her main weight being on the lower level, it made her tipped forward and she instinctively grabbed the rail with the hand that she's carrying her baby

Not a chance. A mother’s instinct is always to protect her child, it doesn’t matter what sort of jolt she experienced, she wouldn’t have let that baby go unintentionally. Plus the no reaction part
