I re-posted this so I can change the title because the title was misinformative. I think u/nebula is right that the person being executed is a Russian POW not a Ukrainian civillian. The old sources I had (I think it was in the comment section of https://www.documentingreality.com/) said it was a Ukrainian civillian being executed and this was posted online as warning to civillians to not leave Ukraine.
