I speak both Ukrainian and Russian. This is not a Ukrainian civilian, it is a Russian POW. He has a Russian Federation passport and ID that are both shown on camera. Nonetheless, still not a great way to handle POWs.

My mistake. The sources I read a long time ago in the past said this was posted online as a warning to civillians to not leave Ukraine.

I don't know how to edit the title on saidit other than deleting and re-posting, but doing so will delete your comment along with this post.
