A human can't win against most currents and this one is quite strong

It just looked to me like he was stuck, idk?

The current looks strong so I thought he would be pushed away.

Most currents like this are actually circular but not in the direction you might think. It's not going left-right or frontwards-backwards but upwards-bottomwards!
