Why the fuck was the driver going down the double yellow? That's a big no-no where I live, but then again, I see fucking retards doing it pretty frequently so I guess it's just a big dumb retard being a big dumb retard of a driver.

can't really blame the old guy. He did sort of stop before crossing the double yellow. His first mistake was not going through a pedestrian crosswalk, second was not to lookout for impatient fucks like him driving the wrong way to save time.
