In this surveillance video, a truck can be seen on a left turn only lane while a bicyclist is on a right turn only lane. For some reason, the bicyclist decides to make a left turn extremely close to the front of the moving truck. He then gets crushed and dragged.
Personal opinion, always be aware of your lane! If you made a mistake, just stick with it. Better alive than crushed.
