Man that semi-truck driver at 23 seconds......he probably killed the 5 people right there. Why the fuck would you be going that fast, that close to stopped traffic, when visibility isn't even that bad. You can see another trucker was pulled over just a little ways back and was almost certainly radioing everyone he could warn. The driver, if he isn't dead too, should be in jail for the rest of his life.

Semis take a tremendous amount of force to brake. If you're on solid ice and and only have 3% traction then it will take a long time to stop. 75-vehicle pileups don't happen due to 75 instances of driver error.
