Seriously, how the fuck did this lady have a kid? Kneels down in the middle of a busy road with her kid. Dumbest fucking moron ever. Poor kid had no shot with a parent that fucking stupid. The mom should be brought up on charges. She's acting like the driver was at fault here, fucking incredible.
