????? Defend property????? You know this was a minor from a whole other state with an illegal mass damage weapon????? You can understand that right? You know you are defend a convicted pedophile, Joseph "brainless" Rosembaum was a registered sex offender of sexual misconduct with a minor. The other 2 that got shot also have a long history of going against the law, Skateboard boy had multiple counts of assault and battery and evading parol. Spaghetti Biceps man was convicted for domestic violence also not to mention he had a glock and tried to murder Kyle. The young fella has done nothing wrong and was only defending himself from idiotic savage beast that are only there to use the death of a black man as an excuse to destroy property and light things on fire.

Did you even watch the entire sequence? He was chased by that soon to be dead clown who was throwing also some staff at him while chasing, and finally shot him when he was in like arm reach. Pure self defense. Than angry rioters, arsoners and, oh let's not forget, freedom fighters, attacked him, and that's when he had to shoot again. Everytime he used a rifle was only when he was physically attacked with serious danger of body harm.

Look into federal laws having to do with crossing state lines. You'll see that they have special felonies to charge you with for that very thing
