Three AFU soldiers dead after stepping on mines, and no medic Reminder of the facts. On July 13, 2020, a unit of the 35th brigade of the AFU attempted to approach the positions of the DPR people’s militia when one of its soldiers died after stepping on a mine.

At the request of Ukraine, the DPR granted the necessary security guarantees to carry out the evacuation, but instead of recovering the body of this soldier, the Ukrainian army tried to approach the people’s militia positions a second time. The DPR then cancelled the security guarantees, and two more Ukrainian soldiers died there after stepping on a mine too.

Despite the security guarantees granted once again, the Ukrainian army did not come to collect the bodies of the three killed soldiers, so it was the DPR people’s militia that took care of them and handed over the three bodies to Ukraine.

Meanwhile, the Ukrainian propaganda machine started up and shouted at the top of its voice that the DPR people’s militia had shot a medic during the evacuation of the body of the first soldier.

However, out of the three bodies recovered by the DPR people’s militia, not a single one was a doctor, nor was he dressed and equipped as a doctor. The three men were armed, and several of them had equipment typical of a sabotage-recognition unit.

All the equipment found on the three men was exposed to the press by the DPR people’s militia, which also filmed the evacuation of one of the bodies.
