A couple of DJs were killed by hitmen in an armed attack inside a hotel in Coatzacoalcos , Veracruz , while they were broadcasting their mixes through Facebook . The images were recorded on video , and are circulating on various social networks .

The attack was registered the night of Saturday, May 9, inside the Hotel Revolución, where armed hitmen repeatedly entered and shot at the couple. The DJs are known to have been Ricardo, the son of the hotel owner and his wife Michelle. It is believed that it could be a reckoning.

The young couple was at a family gathering broadcasting live from Facebook. The video shows that after 14 minutes of being live, they receive bullet impacts that make the woman fall, while the husband falls to the ground and pushes the table with the mixers.

The man tries to escape, however, a few meters away he is seen falling after receiving several shots that killed him. According to La Silla Rota, the attackers traveled in private units without plates and with heavy-caliber weapons. No one was arrested for the crime.

Emergency units arrived at the site and tried to attend to the victims, but both the DJ and his wife had already lost their lives, while two people who accompanied them on the transmissions were transferred by emergency elements to a hospital.

In the attack, the hit men committed the murders and wounded two other unidentified people. Until the writing of this note, the precise causes of this double homicide and the whereabouts of those responsible are unknown. The authorities have started an investigation folder
