The white agressors put themselves in the jogger's path of travel, when the jogger attempted to circumvent them, the white agressor lunged at the jogger. Go to 0:20 in the video, pause and look, its plain as day. They will be convicted of murder.

Sorry, those white antagonizers are not cops, they can't pretend to be, and you can't pretend they are. The whites should never have been where they were, the black man had the right to walk or run down an unobstructed street that day, just as you would expect had it been you. They could have followed him, that's their right. Instead they chose to become aggressors, they will be charged with manslaughter at a minimum.

It's also irreponsible use of a firearm. They should be used against people only for self defense, but in this case the whites used them to intimidate and coerce submission from the victim. Shameful.
