I know someone who did this to their own kid...(accidentally backed over the kid who ran out of the house, cause he wanted to be with dad, and dad didn't know he came out, and obviously didn't see him...) I couldn't even imagine...

F'ing idiots let their kids play in the street. It's a little tiny kid, kid has no idea. These parents are as guilty as the driver.
