Only the shirtless inmate seemed to show any sort of concern and was the only one to realize something was wrong. That fat cop that found him before didn't seem bothered.

Fuck that fat cop. It's blatant that something is wrong. People dont just fall asleep slumped over unnaturally like that. He even seemed to acknowledge that something was up and just walked away.

No kidding people don't fall asleep like that. Cop should be fired. Had he done his job and alerted someone they may have been able to save him.
