For the first 1:20 minutes, it's just a few guys standing with the victim sitting in a chair in front of them and a guy standing off to the side of him like he was leading the show. Very basic cartel/isis formation. They go back and forth and around the 1:25 mark, the victim starts crying/praying and put his hands up to his throat. One guy punches him really hard in the ribs and it seemed to knock the breath out of him as he sounded like he couldn't cry out any longer. A man from behind grabs the victim by the top of the head and then SLOOOOWLY slits the front of his throat, I'm no expert on anatomy, but I'd say this initial cut went through his esophagus/vocal chords and seemed to force his tongue out of his mouth. Another slice with (guessing) a 6 in blade and he starts having pulsating blasts of blood gushing from the cut arteries. You can hear that horrible sound of his lungs desperately attempting to suck in air and blow out the blood rushing down inside. It sounds like he is trying to breathe through a water bong. Another cut and more blood gushes. He is still breathing. This is a slow beheading. The victim seems to be alive through a lot of it. Around the 3 minute mark it seems they FINALLY hit the cervical spine and his lungs stop trying to breathe. The guy doing the beheading can't get through the spine and has to have a buddy jump in to help. A full minute of them wacking/sawing/chopping at his spinal cord, his body falls out of the chair at one point and his head finally separates from his neck and they hold it up to the camera to show it off.
