Man with Russian name on international flight enters the United States with no passport and says he doesn't remember how he got on the flight. Sergey Ochigava said he had not slept in 3 days.... He had no plane ticket and the US government cannot explain how he got here.

Don't be daft. Spies aren't sent into the country with no passport so that they immediately get pulled aside by immigration for interrogation and deportation.
