Note: they have told them to evacuate to the south of Gaza which wont be bombed. The city you keep seeing on the news is not the whole of Gaza. They have countryside and other towns, even big mansion complexes. Hamas has tunnels built which the bombs can't reach but they wont let the civilians in those. Egypt has also sealed it's border with Gaza as they know that their own civilians are at risk if they let the Palestinians in. Hamas has told the civilian population to stay put in the city.

Then when it's time to bomb the south, Israel can inform the people of Gaza that they need to evacuate to the north.

I'm talking about a normal police raid. They will trash the place and sometimes kill someone over somethings like drugs but you expect no one to be hurt at all after mass rape and murder.

You are incorrect.

Hamas came to power in Gaza in 2006 after defeating the rival Fatah political party, which controls most of the West Bank, in legislative elections. (No votes have been held since.)

The "Palestinian" ( Palestine does not actually exist ) people democratically voted in Hamas, then promptly never got another election.
