I have the same problem, in the app. I can view the mobile website and even made an account because I thought that was the problem. No luck though. I used the mobile website to access WPD to make sure I agreed to any warnings, still no luck.
use the following search parameters to narrow your results:
e.g. sub:pics site:imgur.com dog
sub:pics site:imgur.com dog
advanced search: by author, sub...
