Real long term deaths: estimated. 5-10% per dose. The following side-effects can be fatal: 1. Blood-clots giving permanent damage to important organs. Micro-bloodclots seems the most common (60%). 2. Auto-immunity seems very common. Its damage increases slowly, or gets triggered. 3. Cancer. 20x higher cancer rates were reported. 4. Damaged immune system making weak diseases (like Covid) lethal.
