Already long been the case, it's similar to slaves counting as 3/5 a person. This act would end this. Senate can't get 60 votes on this so it has no chance. But they do the census every ten years and if we have a repub prez and congress in 2030 they can game the census, to not include illegals, or subtract them. Lot of corruption and fake numbers and estimating with the census, for example because an illegal isn't as likely to return census question area or answer the door for workers asking questions. Which is great. Also we need based census workers instead of woke ones. I did it once years ago.
