A woman develops an autoimmune disease, moves away during treatment and assumes the treatment isn't what helped, moved back and her disease got worse. A child who is not stated as to covid vaccine status got blood clots. An obviously very-old dog got tumors. None of these move me.

The real news here is 18 milliwatts per squared meter, upon which I call bullshit. You are not going to have a normal house that AMPLIFIES the signals from outside. IDK what's going on, but that right there doesn't pass the smell test. Also, a proper survey would list not only power levels but also frequency bands associated with those power levels, and for a situation like this at various heights as well.

She should get an ambulance-chasing lawyer to make some legitimate readings with calibrated equipment, and if that shows the same kinds of levels, then take that to the cell company and tell them they need to pay up.

Noteworthy: The company gave recommendations of how to shield the whole house in the report. The linked article says they sleep in a cheesy DIY faraday cage with no windows because they didn't do what was recommended.
