You are either woefully uninformed, or just flat out refuse to believe that Blacks disproportionately commit more crime than any other skin color.

Obviously not a smart explanation, as you can also locate statistics showing that whites commit more crimes (blue collar and white collar) than blacks, hispanics, asains and mixed people. You're also not considering the much larger proportion of whites to other groups for mass shootings. And you've missed statistics for the role in US murders of easily obtained guns for children and the mentally unstable, as well as for repeat criminals. And you've not considered firearm crime stats in the US compared with those in the rest of the world. So, skin color is not an important factor in the present case.

LOL not per capita. Did you even look at the table? Blacks make up 13% of the US population... but commit over 50% of all Murders and nonnegligent manslaughters.

As I've mentioned, you're using only one factor. You've inored the examples I note above. You're also not considering economic differences. Many people in poverty also commit crimes. Moreover, whites, who tend to be wealthier, commit 45.8% of Murders and nonnegligent manslaughters . Whereas poverty explains many crimes by blacks, many whites NOT in poverty commit almost the same percentage of crimes. There are other factors to consider, but you can see here that your myopic example doesn't work.
