Go to a gender doctor and say you want to become a man. If they point out you are already a man say the gender binary is white supremacy and ask if they want everyone to know they are a racist.

Seriously though you can increase your testosterone with diet and lifestyle changes you don't need to take anything. Men's testosterone even goes up when they win a board game.
